Daughters day in India - if we deserve to celebrate.?

Friends,
Today Sep 25 is daughters day. It is celebrated in our country. Do you know what is funny about this.? This day is celebrated in India , nobody seriously think about girls situation in India. There are several reasons behind this and everybody is responsible for this. This is not a fault of simple person that girls are not getting proper position in society. It is the trend and some blind thought of some people in society. If we want to celebrate this day then first of all we have to change our trends and have to do something so that we can say we are celebrating this day because we have changed the position of girls in our society from worst to best. Every day we celebrate in our country has a relevance but probably daughters day is the day which seems funny.
Can you tell me a state in India except Kerala where girls to boy ratio is more tian 1:1 .?
How can we celebrate a day which has opposite conditions. I mean can we celebrate daughters day when most fathers in our country our killing their daughter before their birth.?

No way. We should first do some home work to teach people and to teach them how important a girl in our family.?

Not only important but he base of the family is a girl or lady. Can you imagine family witiout woman.? No it is not possible.
So everyone at its best possible level should come forward and must try its best to improve current thinking of people about girls.
