Our camera teacher, Mr. Pawan Koundal in his class on 15th September taught the students different types of shots like close up and its subcategories, mid shot, mid long shot, long shot, very long shot, single, two, three and crowd shots. He, then described the various kinds of camera movements like Pan and Tilt.In order to make these more clear, he showed a video clipping comprising the above mentioned shots and camera movements.

Mr. Prakash Singh

Our guest faculty, Mr. Prakash Singh, a senior photo journalist at AFP in his class on 15th September, showed the students a few photographs clicked by him. He helped the students in establishing a connection between the pictures and the emotions conveyed by them. He told us that a real photo was one in which the viewer did not have to read the tagline. The photo should be self-descriptive. He also handed over his camera to some of our students so that they could have a taste of professional photography and taught them the correct way of handling and using a camera.
