The last class which was held on 12th octbr 09, saturday was conducted by Dr. Smita mishra, MEDIA CO-ORDINATOR OF THE KHALSA COLLEGE D.U. , in which she briefed us about ' interviews ' i.e, what is it, its type, how is it conducted, on whom and why ?
In Layman's term- interview is basically a formal conversation with someone designed to elicit information or assess their suitability for a post but in the field of journalism, we are only concerned with former part of definition. not only as the student of web-journalism but also otherwise, for working in other media sectors in future like print media, electronic media like television, radio etc. , we need to know the crux or carrying out an interview. Basically there are two kinds of interviews -
1. Profile based.
2. Issue based.
Interviews are generally conducted of those people in whose life, views, opinion, general people at large is interested in. These are conducted in wide variety of people like high profile celebrities like film stars, sports person, politicians, ministers, common people... , who are somehow effected (victims) of some or other incident. It may be social, economic, political, physiological etc.
In prime media the tools of a journalist while carrying out an interview is pen and paper, in Electronic media is lights, camera, sound recorder, make up artsit etc. A journalist needs to be thoroughly done with his/her homework prior to the interview. He needs to study about the person life or cause about which he/she should discuss about.
In addition DR. MISHRA conducted small on the spot experimental exercise in the last hour the class to sensitize, motivate, and help us in getting real feel of conducting an interview process. The class was divided into two groups in which one person in needed to be interviewer. We were given only 10 minutes. It was exciting as well as nervous experience but overall enriching and confidence boosting. Dr. Mishra also recorded our acts.
The class ended on a high spirited exciting note with one week Diwali holidays.
In between holidays we were called for a live show of DD, MERI BAAT, in which we discussed about " YOUTH AGGERSION AND STRESS " , it was healthy interactive session.

ReplyDeleteजूठन हिंदी के दलित लेखक ओमप्रकाश वाल्मीकि का प्रमुख साहित्य है। इसमें जातियों के भेद भाव और आपसी मतभेद का चित्रण किया गया है।
ReplyDeleteजूठन : "जूठन" एक व्यक्ति की आत्मकथा होने के साथ उस समुदाय की व्यथा कथा भी है, जिसमे लेखक पैदा हुआ है।
लेखक पर अपनी कथा न लिखने के लिए कई दबाव बहारी और आंतरिक दोनों तरह के थे- इन दबावों में मुठभेड़
करता हुआ लेखक आत्म कथा लिखता है। अपने लेखन का औचित्य बताते हुए लेखक कहता है, "दलित जीवन
की पीड़ाये असहनीय और अनुभवदग्ध हैं। ऐसे अनुभव जो साहित्यिक अभिव्यक्तियों में स्थान नहीं पा सके। एक
ऐसी समाज व्यवस्था में हमने साँसे ली हैं, जो बेहद क्रूर और अमानवीय हैं"।
जूठन से यहाँ संकलित अंश दर्शाता है की दलितों को कदम कदम पर उनकी सामाजिक हैसियत का
भान कराया जाता है। अन्तरंग आत्मीय रिश्ते भी जातिवादी मानसिकता की काली छाया से बच नहीं पाते
हैं। लेखक एक मराठी कुलकर्णी परिवार के संपर्क में आता है। कुलकर्णी परिवार की सविता लेखक की हम-
उम्र है। वह लेखक से प्रेम करती है। साहस बटोरकर लेखक जब सविता को अपनी जाती बताता है तो वह
यकीन नहीं कर पाती है। उनके बीच जाती की एक अलंघ्य दीवार खड़ी हो जाती है।
जाती प्रथा भारतीय सामाजिक व्यवस्था की सबसे ज्वलंत सच्चाई है। दलित लेखक सदियों से चली
आ रही इस गैर बराबरी को ख़त्म करने तथा शोषण विहीन समाज बनाने के लिए सदियों से प्रयास कर र-
हे हैं।
