Today , its the 22nd anniversary of BWWA , bsf women welfare assosiation . We gathered here at ashwani officer's mess of bsf , nizamuddi for celebrating foundation day . On 19th September of 1992 , a group of 23 members founded this assosiation for those families who lost their man in war , family of martyrs .
They provide them a way to live , means providing employment to widows of martyrs ,eeducation to their children , vocational skill development programmes . Blood donation camp , relief camp , health check ups etc. BWWA tried to provide a comfort life to the families of bsf cadet.
On this evening our hon'ble HRD minister Mrs. Smriti Zubin Irani is here as a chief guest . Mrs. Reenu tells a brief about the programs run by them. Then Mrs. Smriti give gifts to widows of martyrs , equipments to handicapped children . After this in her speech she salute bsf jawans for their bravery and appreciates the tremendous efforts done by BWWA . Even she assure BWWA to provide any help they want from MHRD . And also requested BWWA to contribute their concern about female fortified .
