29th Annual General Meeting at FICCI

The event started with FICCI president Sandip Somany honouring the chief guest  Ravi Shankar Parsad . The theme for the event for the event was “Building India”. According to Ravi Shankar building a new India is always about thinking big and inspiring yourself. To clarify his statement he illustrtated  that  in 2014 they were only two mobile factory  when he came into power and now after four years of his reign IT sector has a total of  hundred and twenty seven factories and including component factories it will be massive  of two hundred and sixty eight factories . Noida is becoming the emerging place .India is the second emerging the country after china .
National Optical Fibre Programme (nofl) was started to connect the entire population of the country and was later known as Bharat Connect . He further laid emphasis that that India has surpassed France to becom the  sixth largest economy and mostly it is linked to the Ease Of Doing Business . According to him he stated that this happened because the government has followed the Vajpayee objective to enlarge the economy so it becomes easyto do business which will be beneficial for us as  as the corporate will pay taxes which will lead to increase at the tax revenue and increase  the government spending 
He further told that he believed in the fact that IT + IT =IT ie Indian talent plus the Indian technology is equal to the India tomorrow . He laid emphasis the IT sector has played a dominant role over the years.
He further highlighted about the e hospital,e scholarship,e visa programmes that have been introduced to make India digital literate ie like ayushmaan bharat . The reasons that digital progress was slow because here people first observe technology then adopt it and finally enjoy it. Other challenges that looms is the cyber wars and the cyber crimes 
He ended his speech by saying that India missed the industrial revolution because of the imperial power and missed the entrepreneurial revolution because of quota and licensing but target to be the leaders in the digital revolution by aiming to build the technology at low cost .
