The fateful night itself yells the outcry of pain, agony, loss and outbit of attrocities committed. The verdict punished the culprit not for the heinous Gang - Rape committed but for the Sec.307 i.e Attempt to Murder. But question remains is this really a justice ?. That means according to the verdict , every rape victim has to die to get the Apt "Justice" . For me Rape in itself is like,you are taking away from somebody ,the right to live , it is even worse than a murder , you have not only just hurt her physically but the lifelong trauma mentally and socially not only to her but to her family . I just wonder , what effect it would be for all the girls in her family would be , Because even if an eve -teasing like thing is even heard to my parents to a neighbour's daughter, my parents starts putting restrictions to me in lieu of her plight , so i just get terrified that such an accident not only brings fear of security to the victim's family but her whole generation's girls' will suffer the same grudge in lieu of what happened to her . This takes away their chance of becoming successfull in future and be independent and self-sustainable.
Is this less than a murder . ? Its even worse than a Murder .
All and All , the verdict say that Every Rape Victim Must Die To Get The Real Justice.
