What is the most important part of sports, winning medals, creating individual champions or making people fit for life? Sports have to be played the sporty way, which is by healthy competition. Laurels do motivate, but the spirit of playing is of utmost importance. The session will deliberate on upholding the value of sports – winning with honour as well as developing the right sporting culture in the country.

The sports persons are dependent on their coaches for information on food supplements which makes it imperative for the coaches to know what is acceptable and permitted. With the ever changing medicine scenario, it’s complex for the sports persons to keep tab and information on banned drugs. Easy availability of supplements and lack of labeling detailing leads to misuse.
