Padma Shri Award to Saif Ali Khan, a mockery on the Nation.

Can anyone describe the reason behind, Saif Ali khan, soon walking down with a Padma Shri Award?

Is it being conferred on him, for being in the limelight throughout 2009 for his latest fling with the leading lady of Kapoor khandaan or fortunately being born to Masoor Ali Pataudi Khan and Sharmila tagore, the ultimate charmers?

The award is given to any and everyone now a days...God knows, who the mastermind behind it!

Is there dearth of talent in our nation?

Are we not supposed to know the eligibility criteria doing rounds in the mind of our government before confering this noble and prestigious award to anyone. Moreover, fourth in the hierarchy of civilian awards.

Soon, it would be of not much surprise, if we come to hear that, the award given to anyone and everyone for being in the limelight for any and every reason.
